ILD Information At Your Fingertips

The newest resource available for patients and caregivers is the “Living With Interstitial Lung Disease” patient guide. This 52-page resource is the most comprehensive patient-education tool available on ILD.
This guide, created in collaboration with expert physicians, is easily downloadable to your computer, tablet, or phone for quick access. Don’t want to download a document? Visit the soon-to-launch redesigned ILD section of the CHEST Foundation website.
Whether you are new to your diagnosis or have been living with the disease for a long time, the ILD patient guide will help you better understand your condition. Topics include causes and symptoms, preparing for your initial appointment, and disease management.
After Erin Popovich, wife of Spurs Coach Gregg Popovich, received her ILD diagnosis, she and her family learned the importance of having resources that empower the patient throughout their disease progression. Through the Erin Popovich Endowment, the CHEST Foundation can continue to provide these resources at no cost to patients.
